Terms and ConditionsQuotesUnless stated quotes assume that worktops will be fitted onto new units and that the area of installation is on the ground floor with no unreasonable obstructions.TemplatingBefore templating, base units must be lined up, levelled and firmly fixed in place. All necessary information should be made available on the day and units should be free from obstruction.InstallationWe require parking close to the address, uncluttered access to the work area and may require outside space. Some dust and noise could be made on the day of installation. Please make any parking restrictions or limitations known to us prior to installation. If we supply sinks or taps then we will happily fix then into the unit and seal them to the granite but do not plumb unless by prior arrangement.PaymentFor all non account customers full payment must be made on the day of installation. In the event of cancellation we may recover all costs up until the time we receive the intention to cancel.MaterialSamples should be used as an indication only. Any natural material may contain colour and character variations. We have extensive experience in material selection and worktop manufacture and reserve the right to treat and use these materials as we feel is appropriate. |
